4TOPS Word Link is an add-in for Microsoft Access, which adds data from Microsoft Access in Word documents. You can compose simple and more complex documents, such as standard letters, invoices and reports. Open the Microsoft Access form which contains the data you want to appear in the document. Word Link creates a template containing mergefields for all the fields in the form (and subforms). Now you can lay out the template by putting the mergefields in the right place, adding text, formatting, etcetera. You can now create documents by selecting the template from the selection form, the mergefields are substituted with the Access data. 4TOPS Query Tree Editor is an add-in for MS Access for query development. Edit and run queries from a tree dialog. The Query Tree dialog displays the dependency tree of the selected query (Uses / Used By). The buttons on the dialogs support a natural way of working with queries, smoothly switching from the tree overview to query editing to saving different versions or running them to evaluate the results. Double-click on a query opens the query datasheet. Press the Edit button to make required changes using the Query Editor. The Print button writes the tree to the Debug Window. Use it to compare query dependency trees or to paste it into your documentation. Double-click on multiple queries to compare results. 4TOPS Excel Import Assistant is an Access add-in for importing excel into access in a controlled way. Instead of entering data one by one from a spreadsheet or another source that can be converted into a spreadsheet, the users simply need to import data, thus saving enormous amount of time and money on data entry clerks. The wizard is typically used in situations such as a new Access system where data needs to be moved from Excel to Access or for regularly importing files from outside sources or from another system. By linking Access to your ODBC compliant database (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) you can just as easily use the wizard to transfer Excel data into that. Import multiple files or sheets in one go.
