5x5x5 3D Tic Tac Toe (Noughts & Crosses). 5x5x5 3D Tic Tac Toe is a highly challenging classic board game that will stimulate your mind and exercise your visual spatial perception. Play against the computer (there are two levels of challenge difficulty) or another human opponent. The game board real estate consists of five (5) stacked game boards with 25 squares per board for a total of 125 squares. Game play is both fun and intuitive. 5x5x5 3D Tic Tac Toe is a shareware developed by Ataspec Software and listed in games & entertainment board software.
