Kill The Spams

Without the pain of building complex filters, Kill The Spams is able to filter unsolicited e-mails. Unlike our competitors, KTS does not need to maintain a list of spammers, (people who send unsolicited spam mail). Maintaining such a list is not efficient. True spammers change the method they use every time, so they reach your e-mail boxes even when listed. KTS uses a unique algorithm to determine whether or not a message is spam. KTS is customizable, giving you full control over how each message is treated. Use KTS as a front end to prevent e-mail bombs, hoaxes and virus attachments, protecting yourself against e-mail terror. When you check your e-mails, KTS loads and analyzes the message headers, rather than the message itself. The message and any attachments are not downloaded, thus eliminating the risk of being infected by an e-mail virus. KTS offers two other ways to block unsolicited e-mails. You can exclude e-mails by sender domain name extension, or by maintaining a list of blocked senders (even if they are not spammers). These messages are automatically deleted. You can authorize senders even if they use spammer's methods. For example, messages sent such as newsletters that you have subscribed to.

AtFinger

AtFinger is a terrific timesaver which you will use hundreds of times a day to access your most often used folders, applications and favorite web sites. With AtFinger you can easily define shortcuts key to access quickly to Folders, Web sites or any application. To define a shortcut key you can use any combination with Ctrl, Alt, Shift or the extended Windows key and all others keyboard keys. AtFinger is a tray icon application. When running, AtFinger is displayed near the Windows clock. You can define any number of shortcuts key. Shortcuts key are available from anywhere. When you define a shortcut key, you can associate a short name. This short name will be added to the popup menu available from the tray icon. At any time you can remove or change a shortcut key. Atfinger is loaded at startup. Shotcut keys can be paused at any time, but the target can be accessed through the tray popup menu.

BKS

Backup2001 Synchronizer (BKS) lets you synchronize the content of computers, disks or folders. Synchronization can be done using one or two ways. The software will do one-way or two-way synchronization. One-way synchronization will synchronize files from the source to the target. Two-way synchronization will sync from source to target and then from target to source. Synchronization can be done using 3 modes : No compression : files are copied Gzip compression : using the Unix compression model, each file is compressed in a single file with the same name and .gz extension added. Zip compression : files are compressed using the popular zip file format during the synchronization Synchronization can be stored in a definition file (.syn) and reused later from BKS or using Microsoft Windows Scheduler through the command line support. BKS can be integrated into the Windows Explorer through the Shell context menu. Why Backup2001 Synchronizer ? BKS was written to round out our Backup 2001 product line BKS does not change file attributes, so it can be used with other manufacturers' backup software Operating system file size ( 2/4 Gb ) limitation can be broken down. BKS is a good solution for spanning CD-ROMS. How does it work ? BKS rebuilds the source tree folder on the target. Each file is copied or 'gzipped'. If zip mode compression has been selected, each folder or subfolder is compressed in a single file called synchronized.zip ( 1 file per folder or subfolder). The copy or compression is done according to the date file. If the file does not exist on the target, it is created. If the existing file is older, it is overwritten If two-way synchronization has been selected, the new or most recent files are copied or uncompressed to the source BKS is able to produce a report. ( full or differential mode ). Reports can be done before and/or after a job.
