Outlook Mp3 Player

The Reminder of Microsoft Outlook can play only wav-file alarms. This Outlook Add-In component allow to play as alarms any music and video files ( mp3, mpg, avi, etc. ), open any document ( doc, rtf, txt, etc. ) or run any executable program (com, exe, bat, etc.). Choose any file of any type using the standard Outlook Tasks Parameters Form and it will be played, opened or run according due.

Hot File

Hot File program helps you to open the most frequently used file clicking on a system tray icon. This program can be very useful for opening of your notes' file. Hot File supports opening files of all types that are registered in your operation system (MS Word files, Excel files, text files, etc.) It also prevents the multy-opening of the file. For example, the Microsoft Notepad program allows opening several copies of one file and some times it is very inconvenient for a user.

Spam Trapper for Outlook

Spam Trapper is a multilevel spam filter for Microsoft Outlook version 2000 and later. It is a plug-in component with clear convenient interface. The first level checks your address book and validates all letters from your clients. So letters from your friends and colleagues are never processed as spam. Other levels check message language, subject, body, http links and other mail feature. The filter has Special Statistical levels that are based on unique algorithms. The last level is a Bayes Filter. Such program architecture allows catching spam before the Bayes Filter is trained enough and minimizes the filter training period. Any level can be switched off. Spam Trapper does not work with Outlook Express.

The main idea of the program is to synchronize your PC's clock in the most reliable and resource-saving way. (*) The unique Time Offset feature of the program allows setting up your PC clock to gain or to lose for a specified interval. Many our users value this feature greatly. (*) Clock in your PC needs to be corrected only several times a month. And it is this fact that defines the way the program works: the program runs when Windows starts, checks whether synchronization has been done this day already, and stops immediately if so. Otherwise the program checks for Internet connection, then tries to synchronize your clock and ends its work if succeeded. So as you see mostly the program is idle and is not wasting resources of your PC. Synchronization is done automatically while you are receiving your e-mail or surfing the web and no actions are to be done by you. (*) The program features noteworthy reliability. You can specify the correction period during which the program should synchronize your clock. If it fails user gets a warning notification message. (*) This program uses the list of 19 presetting atomic time servers, that are situated all over the world (USA, UK, Australia, France, Germany etc.). They are open NTP (Network Time Protocol) servers. If one of the servers does not work the program chooses another. There is a procedure that tests all servers and shows network delays for them. User can add additional servers to the list. It is really important only for professional users. Any server allows you synchronize your computer with precision less then 0.1 sec with high probability. (*) As a result you don't have to do anything, mostly the program is not wasting resources of your PC but your PC clock always shows you precise time.
