Power Shutdown

This tool is an auto-shutdown program. It has 11 commands: Logoff, restart, turn off the computer, play media files, screen saver, standby, disconnect the modem, and more. You can choose to launch the commands... at the exact time, or after a specified time has elapsed, or when certain conditions are met.(For example, when the file downloading is done, Power Shutdown will disconnect the modem automatically). Power Shutdown is licensed as shareware and filed in launchers, shutdown tools section.
