The membership application supports time & talent searches, adult and youth attendance, photo directories, mail merge, bulk e-mail, tracking of events such as birthdays, anniversaries (with pre-event notification). Data fields may be customized. The financial application associates contributions, dues, and pledges with members. It also includes full expense accounting including staff office payroll calculation. The accounting system is flexible and may be customized to suit any organization''s needs. Comprehensive reports include detailed and / or summaries of income and expenses, plus pledge & contribution analysis, automatic bar / pie chart generation, and periodic tax / pledge update reporting to members. The library application will keep track of an unlimited number of books with a powerful non-librarian search function along with a full set of management tools for use by a librarian. Estimate Master
Maintains a database of parts, materials and labor costs plus customer data. Allows you to define your parts, materials and labor from which you can quickly create estimates, work orders and formal bid / proposals specific to your business. Includes a backup and smart restore utility allowing synchronization of databases from multiple computers using Estimate Master. Supports networking, allowing multiple users using Estimate Master to share a common database. Works with Intuit QuickBooks as an integrated application allowing import of customer lists from QuickBooks and export of estimates to QuickBooks. Includes an import utility for parts, material and labor items. Uses standard dBase file formats (readable by Microsoft Excel and other programs).
