Improve your PowerBuilder programs via integration with the most popular spreadsheet applications. Pb2xls library can be used to create an Excel binary file in your PowerBuilder applications. Multiple worksheets can be added to a workbook and formatting can be applied to cells. Any types of data can be written to the cells: strings, numbers, dates and datetimes.
The Excel file produced by this library is compatible with Excel 5, 95, 97, 2000, 2002 and XP. Generated files are also compatible with the Linux/UNIX spreadsheet applications Gnumeric and OpenOffice
