PADMan is developed or distributed by Detlev Schaefer and is licensed as freeware. PADMan gives access to PAD-based software libraries. PADMan (freeware) gives access to an extensive free- and shareware library that includes descriptions, program information, screenshots and naturally a download option. PADMan offers actual data from the internet resulting in the latest program versions and a permanently growing library. The layout can be filtered, formatted, printed and reworked with MS-Word. An included offline reader saves cost and offers the user the possibility to publish his own library (English / German)....
