Advanced Data Finder is developed by Digydata Software and distributed as shareware. . Advanced Data Finder is a personal full-text file search system. The current version of Advanced Data Finder was developed to work with HTML, Plain Text, MP3 and Microsoft(R) Word 2000 formats. A user can also add his/her own plug-ins for working with various files formats. There are two search modes: Quick searching is performed on items within the previously indexed Folders Collection; slower search is available without the use of the index file. Both search modes are available at the same time. The Boolean search using full keywords and keywords parts is available. Users are available: quickly view files using the built-in viewer; open files by their associated program; open files by a program of theirs choice;
explore folders containing the files were found; create an electronic book of the retrieved files for even quicker access in the future etc....
