hCrypt

This software is a friendly tool that helps you encrypt and password-protect non-public Web pages. It features clear wizard-style interface, lets you process multiple files at a time and configure various advanced protection settings in a few simple steps. hCrypt uses powerful Blowfish and GOST encryption algorithms with password length up to 56 characters. To protect less sensitive information, you may use simple but extremely fast XOR encryption.

XorIt

Most file encryptors use methods that rely on the theory of computational security, that is difficulty of key factorisation prevents decryption of the file. But this method may not work forever. XorIt is designed to use conventional XOR encryption on keys that are the same size as the file to be encrypted.

The UDC

Program is designed for the password recovery by the hash-value (44 hash-functions included - MD4, MD5, DES, NTLM, GOST, SHA and others) using 5 high-speed attack methods. Distributed bruteforce and multicore attack are supported. The program is considerably optimized for the "mass cracking" (very big amount of hashes at once without decreasing of the search speed).

Encrypt Easy

A highly secure file encryption program which uses the 67 encryption methods. Each file is encrypted with two encryption methods, Cipher+Hash, and with its own password. It can only be decrypted using the same password. This version also has self extracting. Now you can send encrypted files through Internet and decrypt them without using Encrypt Easy program. Encryption Workshop

This utility includes file and folder encryption and decryption tool. Currently nine strong symmetrical block ciphers are implemented: BLOWFISH, GOST, RC 4, DES, Skipjack, TWOFISH, TEA and XOR. Any type of file can be encrypted/decrypted, not only ZIP files. If working with ZIP archives you might want to consider using encryption rather than password protection - it is much safer.
