Note-A-Phi is designed to use your existing network or ISP's outgoing SMTP server, and to do that in such a way that you will not run into any sending limitations imposed by your ISP. Note-A-Phi runs on Windows 9x/ME/NT4/XP/2000. Note-A-Phi is a shareware developed by Enigma Creations and listed in communications e-mail list management software.
