Animated States and Capitals

Learn the U.S. states and capitals in a fun (and funny) way. A full screen clickable map of the U.S. is used to teach names and locations of states and capitals in a variety of ways. When the student completes ten problems they are rewarding with a silly animation using 3D graphics. The tutorial section helps the student learn where states are on a map and which capitals go with which states. The learn the states section lets the student see the state on the map and click on it's name, or click on a state when they are presented with the name. There are multiple levels of difficulty and the student can work using all the states or just western, central or eastern regions. As the mouse is rolled over the U.S. map the states highlight to aid in selection. The learn the capitals section lets the student see the state name and choose it's capital, see the capital name and choose it's state, or see a state on the map and click on the name of it's capital. The last option can be very difficult and is ideal for mastery skills. This section has 15 different learning variations. The capitals section of the program is available in the registered version of the program.

Animated Money

Teaches coin recognition and math skills using US and Canadian coins. The coins are scanned in to be highly recognizable. Three types of games are provided: coin recognition and adjustable level matching games (coins to amounts and coins to coins). 10 matches earn a ticket to an animated movie featuring clay animation, etc.

Animated Kids Games

For kid?s who just want to have fun, a collection of seven games that provide hours of enjoyment and creativity. Includes a matching game with silly 3D animation, a "build your own rocket" game, an Animated Piano with 19 animated "singers" each with their own instruments ranging from a grand piano to a banjo. Animated Darts with 8 dartboards using animated colors. Two coloring books with 25 dinosaurs (that roar) and 26 animals (one for each letter of the alphabet, with sound). There is also a maze game where the child can play mazes of varying complexity, or make and save their own mazes for their friends to try and solve. You can even choose to have the computer solve the maze - watching it find it's way out can be fascinating.

Animated Puzzles

A puzzle game for all ages. The player can choose 12, 24, 48 or 96 pieces. Hints are available to help solve a puzzle. When a puzzle is completed it is animated using 3D graphics. The full program comes on a CD with 55 puzzles with silly animation.

Animated Math

A completely updated Windows version of our most popular program. It teaches counting, addition and subtraction with animated rewards every step of the way. Not just a drill, but a tutorial that gives graphic help as needed. This program is for young children - it covers the numbers 0 through 9. The game room can be visited after completing ten questions. Updated versions two of the original games are included - the "build your own rocket" game now has 256 colors and sound, the "Animated Piano" uses a computer image of a piano and 19 animated "singers" each with their own instruments for sound ranging from a grand piano, to a banjo (using sound card MIDI instruments for the correct note sounds). There are also some new games - "Animated Darts" has 8 dart boards with animated colors. There are also two coloring books with 25 dinosaurs (that roar) and 26 animals (one for each letter of the alphabet, with sound).

Animated Spelling

The "Animated Spelling CD" has over 700 words (with sound) and nearly 70 animations (over 120 Meg!). The program has two games - a matching game where the child can hear the word and then match it to a word on the screen, and a spelling game where the student hears the word, then spells it. Help is given as needed to help the child spell the word correctly. As each word is completed a piece is added to a picture, after ten correct words the picture becomes animated. Two groups of words are available - beginning (box, boy, bump, bug, etc.) and advanced (because, become, behave, behind, etc.) so the program can be used by a range of age groups. It includes high frequency book words.

Animated Clock

A program for children from pre-school through third grade that teaches them to tell time in a variety of ways. This life skill program helps them convert digital time to analog time and vice-versa. Difficulty levels can be selected to provide practice in increments of hours, half-hours, 15 minutes, 5 minutes and one minute. Animated rewards "pop out" of the cuckoo clock's doors for each correct answer, and 10 correct answers are rewarded with a full-screen silly animation. There are 100 different animations to provide variety. Graphic help is given as needed to help the student learn the skills.
