SmartGrabber
SmartGrabber is a Internet Explorer plug-in. Use it to save flash movies, pictures and other files loaded with a web page - quickly and conveniently. Saving pictures, cascaded style sheets (CSS), scripts, Flash movies, QuickTime movies, RealPlayer movies, MediaPlayer movies. Automatic file renaming (appending a count number to the name) if a file with the chosen name already exists. SmartGrabber have Auxiliary Toolbar that allow saving the fetched files when the IE window does not have any menus or toolbars (e.g. a popup window).

Advanced Quick Saver
Advanced Quick Saver is an Internet Explorer add-on for convenient saving of visited web pages. It allows saving web forms' content. For instance, you can enter some text on a page and then get that text saved along with the page source.
Movies, flash, images, etc. are also saved along with page. Optionally, you can set the datestamp to be automatically added to the file name. Web pages can be saved in both mht or html formats.
