Barcode Assembly for Microsoft Reporting Services

IDAutomation.com provides barcode fonts, components and software applications that support several barcode types, including the latest RSS, Composite and 2D symbologies. Our custom assembly formats the data specifically for use with our linear barcode fonts, and to meet the specifications of the symbology laid out by the AIM and/or ANSI standards. This font tool will automate the process of adding start codes, stop codes and calculating the check digits for barcode fonts that necessitate them. Requirements for our Custom Assembly for Reporting Services include Visual Studio .NET 2003, a SQL Server database, Reporting Services, and our .NET custom assembly, IDAutomation.com.FontReportFunctions.dll, as well as barcode fonts.

This package includes easy to install executable files for installing TrueType versions of our Code 39, Extended Code 39, Code 128, UPC-EAN, Codabar, Interleaved 2 of 5, Postnet, Planet, MICR E-13B, CMC-7, OCR-A, OCR-B and EZ Barcode font packages. The Barcode install files also install examples for use in Microsoft Access, Excel and Word. Files are delivered in a ZIP file that is about 4-5MB in size. Windows and Macintosh formats are provided.

PDF417 Bar Code Fonts

Our PDF417 bar code fonts allow printing of high density PDF417 barcodes from any system with a Java 1.1 VM or a 32 bit Microsoft Windows system with TrueType, BDF, FON, PCL laserjet soft fonts and PostScript fonts. Visual Basic source code, a Java Class Library, an ActiveX DLL and MS Office Macros are provided for the encoder. Hundreds of text characters and binary data can be stored securely and inexpensively with the PDF417 symbology. Using Reed Solomon error correction, the printed PDF417 symbol can also withstand damage without causing loss of data. This high level of error correction is far more advanced than one dimensional barcodes with check digits.

This is an easy to use WYSIWYG label design printing application that will print bar codes, images and text on any graphics printer, including thermal printers. Barcode types include linear barcodes plus DataMatrix, PDF417, Maxicode, MicroPDF, RSS and Composite Symbology barcode types in multiple formats.
