Can receive command line arguments like "viewer.exe {path}/something.jpg". The graphic files supported are JPG, JIF, GIF, BMP, DIB, RLE, TGA, PCX, WMF, using external 32 bit library ''NviewLib.dll'' by K. Nishita - also supplied within the zip archive.
