WinTil is developed or distributed by Kayser Software and is licensed as shareware. A desktop enhancement utility that makes using your computer easier. WinTil is a collection of utilities that I had originally written for my own use. I have combined the various utilities into one program. WinTil includes a file splitter, program launcher, audio CD player, and other desktop enhancements. Menus may be displayed for items on your desktop or My Documents folder.
