Instant ThumbView application. To start using it, just toggle the SCROLL LOCK indicator ON, and then hover an image file with your mouse pointer in the Explorer's window. It is an instant image viewer that displays thumbnails of selected images in a popup window next to the mouse pointer. It supports a lot of common image file formats, including BMP, GIF, JPG, JPEG, PNG, WMF, ART, DIB, etc.
