Use the built-in Ideal Calorie Calculator to find how many calories you should be getting and compare it to your actual daily average. Includes a library of commonly used foods so you don''t have to add all the nutrients in each time. Just drag an item from the library to the appropriate meal in the Add Daily Record dialog. The main screen can be configured to display all nutrients and meal totals, only specified nutrients, or only the daily totals, so you can view only what''s important to you.

Do you jot down notes as you play the Sims to keep track of who is friends with whom? Use SimAddy to keep track of your friends, relationships, and career! I call it SimAddy, because it''s like an address book for your Sims. I came up with the idea because getting and keeping friends for my Sims is the hardest part of the game. Let SimAddy search all of the Sims you''ve entered to find possible friend matches, based on their astrological sign, or specify the chemistry a sim has with others (if you have Sims Nightlife expansion). You can enter in your Sim''s career information and it will display who is available at a given hour, so you know who is available before you try calling. Manage your Sim''s relationships with Matchmaker - keep track of who''s Going Steady or married, or specify a match between two sims with good chemistry. It doesn''t interact directly with the game, so you won''t have to worry about it modifying important files. You''ll wonder how you ever played The Sims without it! Includes a Help file and uninstaller.
