Iside

Iside compares files and folders by computing their hash code (MD5,SHA1,SHA256). Right click on a file, select Copy and by right clicking on another file you will discover if the two files are equal. Includes file comparison, hash generating tool plus a complete folder comparison tool. The hash functions allow to determine if two files are different even if their size is the same. Folder Crypt

With Folder Crypt you can password protect your Windows folders using low level encoding and standard algorithms, such as DES and Rijndael. The program perform a true bit per bit encryption of your data. All you have to do is to supply a password or passphrase. The encryption process is not reversibile (you can decrypt the folder only if you know the correct passphrase.) Your encrypted folder will appear as a .crypt file in place of the original folder. Even to list the files in the encrypted folder you must know the password.
