Print Tools for Outlook is a Microsoft Outlook add-in. It will help you automatically print incoming and outgoing messages with attachments (as well as messages and attachments separately) without even opening them. The plug-in automatically unpacks and prints packed ZIP and RAR attachments, and supports manual and automatic working modes. Program settings necessary for the automatic working mode intuitively clear and they are few. Messages printed with Print Tools look exactly the same as those printed with the standard means of Microsoft Outlook. But the plug-in makes up for some of its shortcomings. Thus, you have to change the format of an HTML message to RTF or TXT to be able to print the message with the list of attachments, because none of Microsoft Outlook versions adds the list of attachments to the message header in the HTML format. Using Print Tools, you can forget about this problem. Using Microsoft Outlook rules together with the Print Tools plug-in allows you to create a system that will automatically print messages and/or files attached to them. Although Microsoft Outlook has a standard printing rule, you can neither specify (or forbid) specific file types nor print an attachment separately from its message. Print Tools makes it possible to print any message and attachment (as well as Notes, Tasks, etc.) of any format. To start printing, just click the Print Tools button on the Microsoft Outlook toolbar. Native POP3 Connector

It is widely known that Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003 doesn't support receiving mail through the POP3 protocol. However, in practice, it has been shown that many users find the absence of this feature inconvenient. All the existing solutions entice users to use a utility agent receiving mail through the POP3 protocol and delivering it to the Exchange Server through the SMTP protocol. This is a versatile solution equally usable for most SMTP-servers. However, there are a number of negatives with this method. Native POP3 Connector (NPC) offers a standard solution for the problem with receiving mail through the POP3 protocol for Microsoft Exchange Server 2000/2003 and Small Business Server 2000/2003. During the installation, the administrator has the opportunity to install a new type into the Connectors Exchange System Manager group: Native POP3 Connector. Upon installation, all administration procedures are performed in a way standard for Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 - by the editing of properties of the Connector installed via Exchange System Manager. Add Contacts

Add Contacts automatically adds e-mail addresses to the contact folder when you reply a message and/or send a new message. This will help you avoid losing addresses of people you correspond with. Moreover, the collected addresses can be used for mail filtering. For example, you can use the Rule Wizard to have messages from certain senders (whose addresses are there in the address book) placed in a separate folder to ensure that their message will be dealt with greater priority and no important messages will be lost with deleted spam. Some spam filters also check the contact folder to rule out erratic response for recognized senders. When a contact is being created, the add-in attempts at detecting the name corresponding to the e-mail address automatically. So, if you have received a message from the address "John Smith" , the new contact created by the program will be named John Smith. However, if name detection fails, the add-in attempts at retrieving it from the message body. For example, if your message begins with the string "Dear John, :", the program will automatically extract the name from the greeting and create a contact named John. You can disable automatic name detection in the program settings. You can also enable the option of category assigning to created contacts. If a category is assigned to a message while sending, the same category will be assigned to the created contact. Microsoft Outlook add-in. You can choose any folder as the contact destination, either in your personal mailbox or in public folders on Microsoft Exchange server. When adding a contact, Add Contacts checks the folder for possible duplicates. In the program settings, you can also instruct Add Contacts to search for contact duplicates, over all contact folders in your personal mailbox besides the specific destination folder.

ExAlert for Windows Messenger

ExAlert is an add-in for Windows Messenger designed to inform a user about new messages received in his/her mailbox on the Microsoft Exchange 2000 server. ExAlert works together with Microsoft Outlook. When a new message is received in user's mailbox, the Messenger shows pop-up window with message sender's information. Clicking on the notification window opens Outlook window with the new message. The ExAlert add-in is linking the Messenger (by providing it with information about new messages, number of unread messages in user's mailbox, and responding to its commands to open a message for reading), user's mailboxes on the Exchange server (by subscribing to new message notifications) and the Outlook mail client (by opening Outlook folders and messages upon Messenger's request). MAPILab Groupware Server

This product is intended to be used with an office local area network and is developed according to client-server technology. MAPILab Groupware Server provides shared real-time access to shared storage and folders stored on the server, as well as means for managing access rights. The server can be controlled from any computer with the help of a special program. Administrator status can be given to one or several users - as any user can cope with the task of administrating the server. From a cliental point of view, folders on MAPILab Groupware Server look and behave exactly the same as folders on Microsoft Exchange Server: the moment someone creates a new note in the folder, you will see it at your place. In the same way that Microsoft Outlook works with Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft Outlook works with MAPILab Groupware Server via the MAPI protocol. Subscription Manager

The Subscription Manager add-in (SUM) is designed for automatic adding/deleting subscribers to/from Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP/2003 mailing lists based on special e-mail messages from them (requests). A request is a standard e-mail message that contains a command for SUM in its "Subject" field. Subscription Manager is the first mailing list management software for Microsoft Outlook. SUM is capable of processing "subscribe", "unsubscribe" and "help" requests. When subscribe or unsubscribe request is received, the user is added to or deleted from the distribution list specified in the request. Upon receipt of a help request, a message with information about current subscription status and request sending rules is sent to the user. The adding to the distribution list can be made both with obtaining confirmation from the user and without it. Once a request is processed, SUM sends auto-reply with information about processing result. Auto-replies are created based on Outlook templates using special macros (expressions that are automatically replaced when sending a message). You can make any desired changes to appearance of SUM auto-replies by changing the auto-reply templates. Since 1.1 version, Subscription Manager also support mailing lists with subscription confirmation to exclude subscriptions from fake and another's emails. And now Subscription Manager support almost features of standalone products for mailing list management.

Save Mailing List

This add-in is designed to export contacts and user groups from Outlook 2000/XP address book into a mailing list file. The output file format is common for many programs dealing with mailing lists. It is not standalone application: to launch it, use the File menu of MS Outlook. The menu item "Save As Mailing List..." is only displayed when the current folder have the Contacts type.
