Scry is a desktop IN-AND-OUT board, providing an instant reference of who's in or out of your organisation. Ideal for businesses that operate with a LAN, Scry tells you where your colleagues are, without you having to leave your desk.
While running Scry, any user on your network simply chooses their status from a list including "Available", "Away from desk", "In a meeting", "Do Not Disturb" and others as well as custom statuses. Scry can even detect when your screen saver is active, and update your status accordingly! The user display is updated regularly, so you'll always know your colleagues status. You can even see who isn't running Scry (providing they have run it once before). Scry even sits in the system tray, so it doesn't clutter up the task bar.
Scry also allows you to add your own statuses, so you can really customise Scry to your company requirements. docUment is designed to provide accurate and detailed information on all the files visible to your computer. A simple explorer-like interface displays the file details, including information such as version numbers, and can be both filtered and sorted by any attribute. The displayed files can be also be recursive, where files in sub-folders are also shown in the list. All the information can be exported to a .csv file for printing or importing to another application. LetUknow provides a "peace of mind" method of monitoring your LAN and
resources. You can specify numerous jobs and tests in advance on a "set and
forget" basis, which LetUknow then runs at regular intervals - you choose
how often. If a test fails, the appropriate individuals are notified
immediately, via email or network messaging, allowing you to
respond to a problem before your users start to complain. You can set up a
"ping" test for each server, router or other network component on your LAN
and WAN. You can set up "Free disk space" thresholds for all your shared
drives. You can set up checks for "maximum folder size" for any folder you
desire. You can check that a file exists, or does not exist. You can check
UNC path availability. All these tests can be pre-configured, and LetUknow
then sits in the system tray and runs them on a schedule you specify. You
can specify different users to be alerted to different tests, using
differing alert methods. You can view a log of all test conducted, or just
