JspISAPI
JspISAPI is developed by NeuroSpeech, it is an ISAPI dll which runs under IIS 4.0 onwards to tunnel java/tomcat requests to Tomcat web server running on same machine.

IESpeaker
After you install IESpeaker, it will add extra menu with title "Speak" in your Internet Explorer and A Speaker Button on the toolbar as well as you see on the above picture. All you need to do is just open the browser, open any website with any content and select the text as shown on this picture.
