GroupCalendar

Up until now it was almost impossible to get a good overview of your co-worker calendars and appointments integrated with Outlook. GroupCalendar, a easy to install Outlook add-on, solves that problem in a simple but effective and flexible way. GroupCalendar can be used with or without a Exchange server. The latter provides a real time overview of all co-worker appointments in one public calendar folder. If no Exchange server is used, all appointments are stored in a database and periodically synchronized with a sub-folder of the default Outlook calendar. Each user can be given one or more department names which are written to the appointments in the GC folder. Standard Outlook "view" functionality can be used to create filters and views to switch between different groups (department names) or even single users in the same folder.

OutlookInside

OutlookInside takes the Outlook contact card as the starting point for linking and tracking of all (even remote) related communication. OutlookDisclaimer

Purpose OutlookDisclaimer is a tool to automatically format outgoing email. You don't need Exchange or any other mail server to add the disclaimer because it is a client-based tool. This means that you actualy see what you send out. This is not the case with server-based tools. Use The message processing is done on the client-pc, but the network administrator can administer the settings with one central ini-file on a file server. Even Exchange mailbox properties or Active Directory fields can be used in the text. You can even use html formatted data stored in the active directory fields. This way you make sure that everyone uses the same centraly stored disclaimer, Company Logo, signature and layout for every e-mail they send. You can even run advertising campaigns or advertise your upcoming events with links that point to your webserver in every email that (some or all) users send out.
