This development tool is a software development kit to encode PDF417 barcodes and then generate digital images. The SDK comes with dynamic link library (DLL) for Windows95/98/2000/XP/NT. PkDecode

The recognition algorithm can overcome multiform defects in images(scratch, smudges, damage, fuzzy code, etc.). PkDecode supports Text, Numeric and Byte Compaction modes. And PkDecode supports error correction level 0-8.

CD2X

This multimedia utility read your CD's and convert them to MP3 or OGG files. It uses the Lame or the Vorbis encoder. CD2X can read audio CD's in most CD drives, as the acuracy of CD drives differs a lot, there is a build in jitter and error correction. CD2X is a ripper and frontend for the LAME MP3 encoder and the VORBIS OGG encoder.
