Cortege
Cortege transforms your Microsoft Outlook contacts folder or Outlook Express address book from a list of people you know into a network of relationships you can develop. Each member of your network is represented by an interactive card which shows their most important details at a glance. Each member has their own postbox, website, reminders and journal - all available through buttons on the card. Members are divided into branches and arranged according to the relationship you have with them. Corteges tracking system uses these relationships to remind you when it is time to get in touch again, and highlight those in danger of slipping away. Analysis tools help you locate key individuals: those likely to provide useful introductions or influence others. Use the display filters to identify who needs your immediate attention, and then email an individual member, selected members or an entire branch of your network in a single action. Once installed, Cortege imports your contacts making them available in a drag and drop list from which you build your network. The categories and email folders you created in Outlook are also shared and all membership information is preserved. Cortege uses Outlook to check for new email from members of your network, any changes to existing contacts or new ones to import. In the same way, changes you make using Cortege, such as updating a contacts address, are automatically available from within Outlook; ensuring the two products are always synchronized.
