Media Library Manager is a complete library system for a church's library ministry. This program will allow a church library to catalog all resources, maintain circulation, and track circulation history for the resource and the user. There is user level security, barcode scanning capabilities, plus much more. The main resource maintenance window default list is in accession number order. To access an existing resource by accession number you can type the number in the text box and press the TAB key. The record will instantly access the resource. If you are using a barcode scanner all you have to do is scan the accession number. Left click on the Title tab to view and search in title order. Click on the Add button to enter a new resource or the edit button to change the currently highlighted resource. The window below is used to add a new resource or edit an existing resource. If you do not know the subject number click on the search button to open the Subject Select window. Once you have found or added the subject click on the Select button to add the subject to the resource. You can add as many subjects as you think necessary. To check out a resource key-in or scan the accession number. The program will highlight the selection then click the Check Out button. Next find the member by typing the name, starting with the last name first. The dates are automatically entered for you by the program. If the member is not in the current list now is the time to enter them. The member will be automatically be assigned a number that will be used by the system to associate circulation, history, and overdue fines. Checking a resource in or renewing the resource is as simple as clicking a button. There is also a feature to do a batch check-in of an individual member. Click the Member Check In button, select the member by their last name, then click the View button to see all resources checked out for that person. Easy Church Membership

Easy Church Membership was designed to meet the needs of small churches. We have heard and read statistics claiming a great majority of churches have less than 100 members. One source claims less than 50. This program is to help these churches. Easy Church Membership is to maintain a database of church members, all tithes and giving, ministry membership, administrative committees, small group Bible study groups, and spiritual gifts. Tithes and offerings can be entered either using numbered envelopes or by member name. You can export tithing information to Microsoft Excel with the click of a button. The member tithing functions and windows are all password protected. Email all members or specific members using our Query Wizard. There is also an option to email specific members of your Sunday School class, ministry and committee members. Mailing labels can be printed for specific families or specific members. At the church level there is a prayer list, church calendar, and staff calendar. The church calendar allows user defined church resources to be allocated. The staff calendar enables appointments to be scheduled and tasks assigned for each member. There are multiple print options and views for both calendars. There is an extremely powerful Report Designer allowing customized reports. The Query Wizard is included to allow very specific reporting. The program is multi-user when installed on a network. There is no limit to the number of families or members that may be added to the database. RCL Software has not had to charge for upgrades and there is no annual maintenance fee. The Pastor's Study

The Pastor's Study is a productivity tool to help a pastor organize his daily tasks. Document all his sermons. Enter the message title and the primary Biblical reference. Add unlimited additional Biblical references. Copy the Bible text from a Bible Study program and paste it into the Pastor's Study program. All Bible references have a field for the translation used. Maintain a list of all the churches the sermon has been preached. Use the query generator to view specific criteria for your sermons. The library section can have all your valuable books and other types of research material. Enter unlimited numbers of subjects which are cross referenced with your sermons. Print a report of all your books for insurance purposes. Organize every resource using the Dewey decimal system. Easy Sunday School Administrator

All churches need a way to maintain attendance for their small group Bible studies, or Sunday School classes. Some are content to get the total attendance count from the individual teachers. RCL Music Ministry

The RCL Music Ministry program was inspired by First Baptist Church of Oneida, Oneida, Tennessee. This program was designed with the guidance of Pastor Brian Elliott, Minister of Music, at First Baptist of Oneida and Pastor Neal Johnson, Minister of Music, Nansemond River Baptist Church. A church can use this program to maintain all of the churches music, performance history and copyright obligations. In addition all choir members contact information and participation can be maintained. Lastly an inventory of the instruments and equipment can be maintained along with a detailed history of repair and maintenance. Some of the data for each song is: title, artist, composer, arranger, orchestra parts, custom alphanumeric library number, and the copyright administrator. Enter any number of themes into a search list for later access. Enter lyrics for each song and print them at any time, including exporting to Microsoft Word©. Maintain the churches music library. Enter the type of storage medium, custom library number, title, arranger, composer, publisher, cost, when purchased, list orchestra parts, and more! In addition to the basic information of name and address the following can be saved, is the person a vocalist, soloist, what voice part, do they play an instrument, if so what instrument. Personal data like birthday, and attendance. Enter all the ensembles the person belongs and their level of stewardship. See at a glance the performance history of a soloist. Plan for each service a worship order. Show the song title, collection source, ensemble, soloist, date, service and copyright information. The worship order is defined first by the scheduled performance date. It can be further defined by ensemble. When the performance is complete click on the Update button to create or increment the history of each song title, collection, ensemble and soloist.
