IFocus is an unusual, free Web browsing utility that loads multiple Websites in multiple windows that you can position and size as you like. Create as many always-on-top IFocus windows as you like by assigning a specific URL to each. You can resize and reposition each one and scroll both up and down and side to side to view just the part of the page you're interested in.
