NetMail-Light is developed by Shamrock Software GmbH and distributed as freeware. E-mail and SMS server for local networks and mobile access. NetMail is an e-mail system for local networks and mobile access, either with the built-in webmail interface, or using NetMail's own client software. Users can read and write e-mails from all LAN workstations. Also optimized for mobile users: highly efficient compression and full-duplex transfer for GSM/UMTS connections to save time and money. Gateway includes heuristic virus detection and rule-based spam filter so that these e-mails are not forwarded to network or mobile users.
