You specify which tasks each employee is qualified to perform and then specify the number of people (up to 5) you need assigned to each task each day of the week. You then proceed to assign people to the daily tasks for up to one year. The program is best suited for situations where daily tasks are relatively constant from one week to the next. The scheduling sheet shows tasks remaining to be assigned each day and up to 3 extra (not previously specified as necessary) tasks that have been assigned. Statistics are gathered by the program to summarize the number of times during the year each person has been assigned to each task.
