It can be used with applications written in the Visual Basic, Delphi, C++ Builder and Visual C++. The package also includes Image Viewer, based entirely on the HandyImage library HandyImage is a shareware developed by Stehov Software and listed in components libraries graphics viewer programming graphics graphics utilities software.
