If you have a large collection of AVI and MPEG movie files then Video Randomizer allows you to play back a constant stream of random movie fragments, ranging from 1 second to 5 minutes in length, adjustable by the user. It doesn't just randomizea list of movies, it actually plays back random parts of movies. And you can mix your JPEG image collection in as well.
