This utility helps remind you to take those little stretch and relax breaks that have been shown to help prevent the effects of Repetitive use injuries. It reminds you by unobtrusively playing random sound files of your choice - I use sound bites from old movies.
I used a similar utility for a while that someone else had written, but found it very frustrating to be *forced* to take a 30 second break in the middle of a thought. SoundBreak is a freeware software filed under timers, safe computing utilities.

This graphics utility creates a video (AVI) file from a series, or individual, bitmap files. These can be viewed as a video file or used to insert still frames into a video sequence. One of JPGAvi's main uses is to convert still pictures into an AVI file, so they can be used when editing a video sequence. The video file can contains the names of each bitmap, so if a web cam is used to take photographs every few seconds, it becomes very easy to find a frame.

IP Desktop Viewer XP

If you right-click on the icon you will see a pop-up menu to either "refresh" your ip address which will newly check your external ip address. Or you can exit the program from this pop up menu.
