It uses industry-standard and provenly secure IPSec technology to establish connections from Client PCs on the road to a Gateway PC on your office LAN. Upon connection, you are assigned a virtual IP address that's on your Office Network. You are then 'plugged in' and can transparently access all your office resources as if you were '@TheOffice'.
