Protect your data by encrypting it. This software creates a virtual encrypted disk within a file and mounts it as a real disk. It can also encrypt an entire partition or storage device such as USB flash drive or hard drive or encrypt a partition or drive where Windows is installed, which is called pre-boot authentication. This process is automatic and real-time. The utility has two levels of plausible deniability, in case somebody wants to guess the password: hidden volume (steganography) and hidden operating system. Virtual disk volume can not be identified ie cannot be distinguished from random data. Supported algorithms are AES-256, Serpent, and Twofish.
