DictionaryFilter VTmig DictionaryFilter (dictFilt) is a open source custom password filter for Windows 2000. It is intended to add to the functionality of the built-in password complexity requirements of Windows 2000. The main functionality that is added is the ability to do a dictionary checking. Other functionality added is checking for keyboard sequences, checking for username spelled backwards and limiting the character set to ASCII values between 33 and 126.
