last-RSS.php
lastRSS.php is simple yet powerfull PHP class to parse RSS 0.9x, 1.0 and 2.0. It use quick regullar expressions instead of XML parser and returns associative array with RSS fields as a result. Included transparent cache doesn't cache RSS file directly, neither HTML output, but serialized variable. Cached data isn't parsed every time, but you can still access individual fields. LastRSS includes character encoding conversion - all encodings supported by iconv library. This is a freeware listed under web development, development, php, class, library category.
