Intergalactic wars must be avoided, hence, the most advanced and mightiest life forms of the galaxy are determined to select a life form, which takes a supremacy, to whose rules and laws all the other life forms must keep. The most advanced and mightiest life form should be chosen in a competition: Every life form sends an envoy, who represents his world.
