RAE / Realtime Analyzer ENA

RAE is the advanced sound analyzer with the latest environmental noise measurement technology. It is a functional limited edition of the advanced acoustic research system DSSF3 prepared to offer its latest functions at a reasonable price. RAL + Impulse response, Running ACF, Noise measurement. The point that RAE differs completely from other systems is that a time change of sound can be analyzed in detail at a high temporal resolution. DSSF3 Full system Version

DSSF3 is the highly integrated sound measurement and analysis tool for your PC. It has basic functions, such as a spectrum and an oscilloscope to display a sound in frequency and time domain. DSSF3 has been updated to version 5.0.4.x In SA, room acoustic parameters defined in ISO3382 can be calculated. Calculation includes strength, RT20, 30, EDT, Clarity, Definition, Center time, IACCE, and IACCL. RT and clarity includes custom definition of time setting. Parameters are calculated in 1/1 or 1/3 octave bands and are displayed in the table form and in the graph display. In the graph display of the impulse response data window for Tsub60 , regression lines of T20, T30, and EDT are shown with different colors. Also, start and end point of regression for Tsub calculation is indicated with the dotted lines. In SA, speech transmission index (STI) , revised STI (STI_male and STI_female) and rapid speech transmission index (RASTI) are calculated.

DSSF3 Basic

The free version of the advanced sound measurement software DSSF3 is now available. It consists of the signal generator, sound recorder and player, and the peak level meter. DSSF3 Basic works with the latest soundboards. Two or more soundboard can be selected easily. The sampling rate can be set up to the maximum value allowed by the hardware. Signal Generator spec Tone, noise, sweep and pulse is generated as a stereo signal. As for tone, sinusoidal, triangle, square, and saw-tooth wave can be chosen. Each channel can generate different signals with specified frequencies. As for noise, white and pink can be chosen. Sweep is a tone signal of which frequency is varied continuously. Pulse signal is generated with specified number of time, duration and interval. Recording and Playback Recording of sound up to about 10 minutes is possible. Playback of the recorded sound can be measured by the FFT analyzer (Spectrum, octave analysis, oscilloscope, ACF IACF measurement) simultaneously.

RAL / Realtime Analyzer Light

This is the latest version as of January 2003. This version program includes all features the DSSF3 has as of January 30, 2003. (The DSSF3 is our best sound measurement/analysis software and has been frequently updated.)Quality sound measurement software equivalent to at least US$10,000 hardware.The software license of RAL costs just US$24, but RAL is more functional than the usual FFT analyzer. General realtime measurement function is entirely included. It has the signal generator and FFT analyzer for supervising distortion of the frequency characteristic, a S/N ratio, and a volume level.
