BreakMemo(tm) is an office program that has 2 functions to improve the efficiency in:

It forces you to take breaks in the setting timeout interval. A cute BM will remind you to have a rest .This prevents your eyes from getting strains and preventing computer related injuries like OOS and RSI. It helps you to work effectively.
OOS (occupational overuse syndrome) previously known as RSI (repetitive strain injury) is an injury that is becoming more and more common in today's computer intensive world. OOS/RSI can be very painful and debilitating if not treated early. With this in mind, the best cure is prevention, though if the injury already exists, it requires strict work methods to allow recovery.
2. Memo:
It can record your daily events in the calendar . In addition, you can output the memos to make your own daily reports. This is a good way to help you to write the brief work summary. Break Memo license is shareware and it is listed in calendar reminder software.
