Here is a kidSafe browser that offers total parental control. It works behind the scene with Internet Explorer via a TrustFile approach. If its not in the TrustFile, kids can't go there. Knowing the password, of course, enables parents to go anywhere. If you are using other BHO programs (GoZilla, etc.), you should run this with IE 5.5 or above. The TrustFile is a file of all the webSites that we believe are safe for people of all ages to view. Also its easy for parents to add or delete entries in this TrustFile locally.

NoWorrys

NoWorrys is a KidSafe internet filtering program that runs in stealth mode on your PC. NoWorrys works with Internet Explorer, and comes populated with a Trust-File of over 1000 KidSafe sites recommended by the American Library Association (ALA). IF a requested site (URL) is not in NoWorrys' Trust-FIle, then kids cannot get there. Parent/Administrator can navigate anywhere, and can update the Trust-File via a password protected Login. ppFndFAV

Easily search through your Internet Explorer bookmarks. Most PC users have hundreds of URLs stored in their Favorites folder. And sometimes its a major task to find the specific one needed. This program allows you quick advanced Search access to your Internet Favorites including sorting. ppFndFAV is stand alone application and works with all versions of Windows(95 and up). One feature of ppFndFAV that is particularly nifty, is how it visually lines up search results according to search argments.

PpHomePg

Create your own Local-Home-Page automatically from what's in your Internet FAVORITES Folder. PpHomePg builds an HTML webpage on your computer from other files and information on your computer. This builded Html page can then be used as a local-Home-page to lauch an internet session, etc.. Simply aim the PpHomePg program at a Folder containing internet favorites, located somewhere on your hard disk, and tell it whether to include subFolders or not. Once it has collected that info, then tell it "OK, Build MY PpHomePg.htm" file. Parents control TrustFile content manually or via an online- Learning-Mode. Parents also have access to a Bypass-Mode , for unfiltered internet access. The PpGuard download comes with a default TrustFile of ~1000 verified kid-safe web sites.
