Dynamic IP Monitor

Watches internal and external IP addresses. When a change is detected, program can: a) send email through user-specified SMTP server. b) upload TXT file containing IP info to user-specified FTP server c) update Dynamic DNS addressing d) update by URL (web query) Logs IP changes, and runs in tray with IP addresses showing when you hover mouse over.
