PortsLock
by SmartLine Inc.
PortsLock is a firewall with user-level access controls for Windows NT/2000/XP. Once PortsLock is installed, administrators can assign permissions to TCP/IP connections, just as they would in managing permissions on an NTFS partition of a hard disk. It lets you control which users can access what TCP/IP based protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, POP3, Telnet, etc.) on a local computer, depending on the time of day and day of the week.

SlimFTPd
by WhitSoft Development
SlimFTPd is a fully multi-threaded standards-compliant FTP server that runs as a system service on Windows 98/ME or Windows NT/2K/XP. Once started, SlimFTPd runs quietly in the background. It reads its configuration from a config file in the same folder as the executable, and it outputs all activity to a log file in the same place. Its virtual file system allows you to mount any local drive or path to any virtual path on the server.

X2Net BrowserPal
by X2Net Limited
X2Net BrowserPal allows you to securely store, recall and manage passwords and other text information right inside Internet Explorer itself. Implemented as an Explorer Bar (like the Favorites or History bars that appear at the left of the Internet Explorer) when you need to enter a password/user id in a Web Form you can just drag 'n drop it right there, no switching around applications! A familiar Explorer like interface makes it simple to use.
