You can copy to clipboard or past from clipboard colors in standard hexadecimal notation or standard decimal notation. It has built in Color Picker Tool (EYE) wich allows you to pick any color you want from the screen, or desktop. Few other usefull settings for adjusting the visual style of the program.

Scott's Binary Clock is a clock that displays the current time in binary using a LED display. It's a little gadget or conversation piece for your desktop. It really doesn't serve much of a practical purpose, unless your goal is to display the time in a format that nobody but you can read.
