HeldUp keeps any program in full view even when working in another.
HeldUp is EASY. Just to drag the HeldUp icon onto any software you want to keep on top. It doesn't get much easier than that!
HeldUp is SMALL. It's written in C++ without resource hungry components, so HeldUp is using as little system resources as possible. The entire application is less than 70kb and will probably be one of the smallest programs on your PC.
