Many scientific and engineering programs generate numeric output which needs to be presented graphically. Statmaster is a simple way to do that, reading a text file with data arranged in a space-separated table, and drawing up to 16 pages of histograms and XY plots, up to 64 graphs per page. The way in which the data is presented is defined in a simple Windows inifile, and most graph attributes can be adjusted as needed.

INIFile.DLL is a COM DLL providing easy access to INI files, allowing values and/or sections to be read, written or deleted. The various sections and keys within the INI file are represented by collections of objects, and the library includes functions to encode binary data, such as byte-arrays, using only alpha-numeric characters that may be safely written to an INI file key.
