Simply aim the PpHomePg program at a Folder containing internet favorites, located somewhere on your hard disk, and tell it whether to include subFolders or not. Once it has collected that info, then tell it "OK, Build MY PpHomePg.htm" file.

Here is a kidSafe browser that offers total parental control. It works behind the scenes with Internet Explorer via a TrustFile approach. If its not in the TrustFile, kids can't go there. Knowing the password, of course, enables parents to go anywhere. If you are using other BHO programs (GoZilla, etc.), you should run with IE 5.5 or above.
