SoundBreak helps remind you to take those little stretch and relax breaks that have been shown to help prevent the effects of Repetitive use injuries. It reminds you by unobtrusively playing random sound files of your choice - I use sound bites from old movies.
I used a similar utility for a while that someone else had written, but found it very frustrating to be *forced* to take a 30 second break in the middle of a thought.
