The free version of the advanced sound measurement software DSSF3 is now available. It consists of the signal generator, sound recorder and player, and the peak level meter. DSSF3 Basic works with the latest soundboards. Two or more soundboard can be selected easily. The sampling rate can be set up to the maximum value allowed by the hardware.

The waveforms generated by Harmonix are created by mixing (or superimposing for the more technically-minded) harmonic frequencies. All features of the waveforms are automatically scaled to fit the image (or selection of course) so you will not have to reconfigure an entire wave should you decide to change the image size.

SpaceTheremin is a virtual mouse-controlled theremin. Unlike a standard analog theremin, which typically has a sinewave oscillator and some basic vibrato, SpaceTheremin lets you choose from six different oscillator types (sine, square, triangle, sinc, saw, and pulse). The same waveforms can also be used for vibrato and modulation. It uses OpenAL for sound generation.
